On June 21, the Blue Knights were scheduled to head to Englewood High School, 3800 S. Logan St., for their send-off performance at 7 p.m.
The Blue Knights comprise a competitive junior drum and bugle corps organization in Denver. The organization hosts the annual Drums Along the Rockies event, which will be held at Broncos Stadium at Mile High this year on July 13. In addition to brass and percussion players, the corps features color guard and visual ensembles. Performers from around the country audition to perform with the Blue Knights.
