Nonprofit organization Dress for Success to host Women’s Health fashion show

Dess for Success Denver will be attending the Colorado Community Media Women’s Health & Beauty Expo. The nonprofit organization will be hosting a special Dress for Success Fashion Show, showing some of today’s trend in women’s business attire and honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a touch of pink.

Dress for Success Denver has six signature programs that empower and transform women’s lives.

•Professional Suiting

•Career Center Coaching

•Career Navigator Mentorship

•Women’s Employment Network- job readiness

•Pathways to Education

•Professional Women’s Group- job retention

Dress for Success programs help them find positions that offer a livable wage and a career path; programs that help them keep their jobs, succeed in both life and work and provide a roadmap for giving back to their communities. In 2017,

•85 percent of the Women’s Employment Network (WEN) program graduates secure employment

•Over 80 women attend the Professional Women’s Group (PWG) program that provides employed clients with support, information and inspiration to growth their professional networks, stay employed and move forward with their career development.

•Over 600 women utilized the Career Center program that offers one-on-one meetings with our executive coaches that offer feedback on resumes, cover letters and conduct mock interviewing as well as great interview techniques.
