Elizabeth police are investigating the death of a 52-year-old woman as a possible homicide.
The police department reported the woman’s body was found in the early morning hours of March 12 in a home on Elbert Street.
A suspect has been arrested. Grace Erickson, Elizabeth public information officer, said the police are releasing no further information on the case at this time.
Chief of Police Steve Hasler was not immediately available for comment.
