Nov. 2 is the date for History Camp Colorado, which takes place from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Arapahoe Community College’s Littleton Campus, 5900 S. Santa Fe Drive, with a day-long series of lectures ranging from “The Real Yellow Brick Road — Denver’s Brick Sewers” by Gail Keeley, president of Historic Littleton Inc., to “Pioneers in the Denver Basin” by Englewood’s Doug Cohn, to “The Amazing Ivy Baldwin” by local historian Jack Ballard, to a walking tour of Littleton’s Main Street … plus many more. Denver Arts Week

Nov. 2 is also the opening day for Denver Arts Week, which includes the extensive celebration “Free Night at the Museums,” as well as events in the 40 West Arts District, Clyfford Still Museum, Art District on Santa Fe, Black American West Museum, Kirkland Museum, Museo de las Americas, Museum of Outdoor Arts (Natura Obscura), Denver Museum of Nature & Science and more. Audubon celebration

Denver Audubon’s fall celebration brings Geoff LeBaron, national director of the annual Christmas Bird Count , from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 5 at the Lakewood Cultural Center, 470 S.
