The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile made the Denver Zoo one of its Colorado stops during its annual tour this year. It was at the zoo from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Aug. 19. Zoo attendees stopped to get their photo taken with the iconic vehicle, and the Hotdoggers, aka brand ambassadors, gave out freebies including stickers, coupons and the collectable Wiener Whistle.
The Denver Zoo was one of about six locations in Colorado that the Wienermobile made an appearance. It made its way to Colorado after visiting Nebraska, and was heading to Wyoming after all its Colorado stops.
