Legend High School's athletic director is on leave and is being investigated by police for "potential inappropriate conduct."

Kevin Boley is also the Parker school's boys basketball coach, a role he assumed in 2008. He has been the AD at Legend since 2014.

Little is being divulged by officials regarding why Boley is on leave, but brief statements were issued by the high school and the Parker Police Department.

"I am writing to share news regarding one of our staff members at LHS. Athletic Director Kevin Boley is currently on leave," wrote Legend Principal Jason Jacob. "Please understand that I am unable to share specific details, as this is a personnel matter."

Josh Hans, communications director for Parker police, stated the following:

“There is an investigation into potential inappropriate conduct by Kevin Boley in his role as athletic director. It is an open and ongoing investigation and at this time no criminal charges have been filed.”

Boley could not immediately be reached for comment.
