Lisa Frizell is the right person at the right time to represent us here in House District 45. Lisa’s unique principles, experience and leadership enable her to hit the ground running, working for us up at the state Capitol.

As your county assessor, she has attended every stakeholder meeting on the senior property tax exemption — not only fighting to ensure that it remains intact, but to increase the exemption and make it portable. Just this last legislative session, Lisa testified in favor of modifications to the exemption before a Senate committee.

As president of the Colorado Assessors Association, Lisa worked both in support and in opposition of bills; engaging legislators on both sides of the aisle to ensure fairness and efficiency in our tax system and testifying in numerous committee hearings.
