A heavy early evening rainstorm led officials to put Westminster’s City Park July 4 festival on hold briefly but the show and subsequent fireworks were never really in danger. By 8 p.m. July 4, the clouds had cleared sufficiently for the band to return, setting the stage for Westminster’s fireworks show.
