With more than 200 exhibitors filling the Douglas County Fairgrounds, this year's Colorado Community Media Holiday Craft Show and Mini-Market is the best place to find that one-of-a-kind special gift for friends and family. The show features some of the most unique handmade crafts in all areas from metal and leather, to flowers, baskets, ceramics, and so much more.

Now in its third year--and expanding into two buildings--this event is more exciting than ever.  Last year, more than 3,000 customers were in attendance.

Assignment of Space
Assigned space is made by the event producer on a priority basis determined by the availability of space at the time of receipt of the signed contract with full payment. All exhibitors must be approved by the event producer to participate. Applicants must provide a signed application with payment, photos, and information about their crafts. Approval will come in the form of email or a phone call.

Colorado Community Media (CCM) will make every attempt to accommodate requests with consideration, not guarantees. Please include all special requests on the application form. Changes can be made leading up to and on the day of the event as needed.

First Come, First Serve
Registration will come on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the booths are sold out, we will begin a waitlist. Direct sales companies: Please specify your direct sales company in the application.

Booth Space and Use
The exhibitor agrees to occupy the contracted exhibit space during the event hours and to sell/promote only the products and services described in the signed agreement.
Booths must follow the set guidelines, and if you have something unique or extraordinary to consider, please contact the event producer at least seven days prior to the event.

Exhibit packages:
Basic 8X8 booth space $180
Basic 10x10 booth space - $200 
Corporate booth space -$400
Direct Sales booth space -$300
Nonprofit Booth 50% OFF DISCOUNT (Must provide proof of valid 501(3)c at the time of application)

Add ons:

Table and Chair - $50
Electricity - $25
Add business card/logo to website and in-print directory - $25

The following items are prohibited:
-A fog machine
-Any items that must be stuck, nailed, or tacked to the walls or floors.

If special needs are required, or the exhibitor will require a table and chairs - you must notify the event producer of your needs.

Electricity is available to those who paid the fee or purchase an exhibit package that includes electricity. If you did not make arrangements to have electricity but learn you need it, please contact the event producer. For information on your booth assignment, please contact the event producer.

Booth Size and Fees
Nonprofits may receive booth space at half price.
The booth spaces are 10X10 or 8x8.
If you require more than one space, each space is an additional $200.
Tents, tables, chairs, etc. must be provided by the crafter.

Booths must be set up and ready one hour prior to the show opening. Exhibitors will have one hour after the show on the last day to complete removal and exit the building. After this time, a late fee of $50 per hour will be assessed and collected.

No one will be permitted to take down exhibits until after the show has officially closed or with advanced approval from the event producer.

Unoccupied Spaces
If the exhibitor fails to check-in/occupy space contracted or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of this agreement, the event producer reserves the right to use such space in any manner without releasing the exhibitor from paying the sum agreed upon with this contract. Payment/Refund Policies

As stated in your original contract, there are no refunds once the agreement is signed. All booth space fees must be paid in full at the time of the contract and before setting up for the event. No refunds will be made if the space engaged is not used or used only part of the time.

Exhibitor Safety & Security
CCM will not be responsible for injuries caused by improper use of furniture or facilities. If assistance is required, please notify event staff. It is highly recommended that cash boxes are not left unguarded during the event and are removed to a secure location during load-in and load-out. Standing on chairs, tables, or rental furniture is prohibited.

CCM cannot guarantee against loss or damage of any kind.

Space is leased with the understanding the exhibitors will hold CCM or the Douglas County Fairgrounds harmless from any or all liabilities from any cause. CCM shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the exhibitors, their business, employees, or property from any cause whatsoever prior to, during or subsequent to the periods covered by the exhibit contract.

Food Vendors:
You are responsible for the food you serve and for obtaining the appropriate public health licenses and permits. Neither Colorado Community Media nor the Douglas County Fairgrounds is liable in the event of illness.
