A large exhibit of small prints in various techniques is on the walls of Curtis Center for the Arts, 2349 E. Orchard Road in Greenwood Village, as part of the citywide Mo’ Prints celebration across the metro area. This collection traveled from Massachusetts and is well worth a visit. Open Monday to Saturday. 303-797-1779.

Opera at Newman Center

The Lamont Opera Theatre and Lamont Symphony Orchestra transport an audience to the Cote d’Azur for a few enchanted hours with two French one-act operas: Ravel’s “L’enfante et les sortilages,” conducted by Lawrence Colan, and Poulenc’s “Les Mamelles de Tiresias,” conducted by Sahar Nouri. Call for artists

Artists are invited to apply for spots at Littleton’s annual Craft Fair, hosted by the Friends of the Littleton Library/Museum, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 1 at Ketring Park from 9 a.m., to 4 p.m. (Yes, it seems far off, but this popular fair fills up!) Visit littletoncraftfair.org.

Furry Scurry

The 29th annual Dumb Friend’s League Furry Scurry fundraiser is set for May 7 at Washington Park in Denver — or compete/walk wherever you are in the U.S. (We are told cats can scurry remotely and contribute.) Register at furryscurry.org. For information, furryscurry@ddfl.org.

Plant sale

The huge Denver Botanic Gardens Annual Plant Sale will happen from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 6 and 7. That’s when we’re reliably frost-free and this sale has a great variety — and draws lots of gardeners to the York Street location. Tickets are on sale for the Summer Music Programs at DBG.

Highlands Ranch

John Wesley Anderson will speak at about his book, “A to Z Colorado’s Nearly Forgotten History 1776-1876” at from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on April 18 at Southridge Recreation Center, 4800 McArthur Ranch Road, Highlands Ranch. Miners Alley
