The Tri-County Health Department and its three counties — Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas — will host a virtual town hall on March 11 for people to ask questions of officials about the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.

From 7 to 8:30 p.m., Tri-County Executive Director John Douglas joined medical epidemiologist Bernadette Ann Albanese and Tri-County's director of emergency preparedness, response and communicable disease surveillance, Michele Askenazi, to provide updates on the virus in Tri-County's jurisdiction.

Los funcionarios del Departamento de Salud de Tri-County responden las preguntas de los espectadores y brindan actualizaciones sobre el estado del virus en el área de tres condados, aqui.

The discussion was livestreamed on Douglas County's website, douglas.co.us and on the county's YouTube page. People can also watch on Facebook pages for the Town of Castle Rock, Adams and Arapahoe counties.

As of March 9, there were nine presumptive COVID-19 cases in Colorado. Three cases are in Douglas County — a school-aged woman, a woman in her 40s, and a woman in her 70s — all who recently traveled internationally.
