Here are the police reports for May 28 to June 3 to the Fort Lupton Police Department. Not every call made to the police is not listed on this report.

May 28

Police arrested a Denver man, 27, at U.S. Highway 85 and Mile Marker 244 for DUI, open container and not having a driver’s license. He was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.

Police issued a summons to a Fort Lupton man, 27 and a Greeley man, 65, for causing a traffic accident for reckless driving at U.S. Highway and Weld County 8.

A Denver man, 59 was arrested at 11th Street and Denver Avenue on a Weld County warrant alleging his failure to comply with conditions of probation on a possession of amphetamine charge. He was held in the Weld County Jail.

May 29

Police issued a summons to a Fort Lupton woman, 36, for causing a traffic accident, DUI, and leaving the scene of an accident and driving while her license was under restraint in the 1100 block of Fourth Street.

May 30

A Fort Lupton man, 19, was arrested at Ninth Street and Park Avenue on a Weld County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI charge. He was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.

Police issued a summons to a Fort Lupton woman, 38, for causing an accident by backing into a vehicle in the 1300 block of Dexter Street.

A Fort Lupton man, 34, of Fort Lupton was issued a summons for driving while his license was under restraint and for obstructing a police officer in the 900 block of Dexter Street.

Police issued a warrant for a Greeley man, 33, after he was pulled over for speeding in excess of 100 mph at U.S. Highway 85 and Weld County Road 18. The man then allegedly fled the scene. The warrant alleges eluding and obstructing a police officer, reckless, driving while license suspended and multiple traffic offenses.

May 31

Police issued a summons to a Fort Lupton woman, 80, after a causing a reckless driving traffic accident at South Denver Avenue and Weld Count Road 12.

June 1

Police arrested a Commerce City woman, 23, at U.S. Highway 85 and Mile Marker 240 for DUI and speeding. She was held on bond at the Weld County Jail.

June 2

A Fort Lupton man, 32, was issued a summons after animal complaint of a dog running at large that created a dangerous situation was made in the 600 block of Hoover Avenue.

Police issued a summons to a Fort Lupton man, 38 for driving without a valid driver’s license, no insurance and for failing to yield the right away at Denver Avenue and 14th Street.

June 3

A Fort Lupton man 22, reported his front and back license plate stolen at Asen Street and Mountview Avenue. The theft was under investigation.
