Search is on for missing colt

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a missing Gypsy colt that disappeared from a property north of Fort Lupton.

The colt vanished sometime between 10:45 a.m. April 20 and 8:30 a.m. April 21, according to sheriff's office spokesman Joe Moylan. The property is ink the 13600 block of Weld County Road 18 1/2. Moylan put the value of the colt at $12,000.
