In the second round, Heitz picked up birdies on the par-5, 563-yard 16th hole, and one the par-3, 167-yard 17th hole. In the opening round. Heitz had two birdies. One was on the par-4, 36-1-yard eighth hole. He other was on the par-5, 563-yard 16th hole.
Drake Krommenhoek finished 30th after his 79-78 -- 157 scorecard. He had no birdies int he second round and one in the opening round at the par-4, 360-yard 15th hole.
Wiley St. Germain finished 55th with an 84-85 -- 169 at state. Ty Bairrington carded an 84-86 -- 170 to take 56th place. He birdied the par-4, 559-yard fourth hole in the second round Oct. 4.
The Tigers were ninth in the team standings.
Holy Family finished the first day in eighth place in the team standings, just one shot behind Basalt's Longhorns.
