Stories on Stage, an organization that offers stories read by theatre professionals on Sunday afternoons at the lovely Su Teatro Theatre on Santa Fe Drive in Denver, has announced a 2022-2023 season starting with “Banned Books in Boston” on Sept. 11. See storiesonstage.org.

Affordable Arts Festival

The annual Affordable Arts Festival will return to Arapahoe Community College’s West Lawn on Aug. 28, with nothing priced over $100, although we are told that many items were previously much higher. Admission is $12 and benefits ACC’s student scholarships. ACC is at 5900 S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton.

Mosaics coming

Nationally and internationally known mosaic artists will exhibit work at “Mosaics 2022: As Seen Through New Eyes” July 30-Oct. 2 at the Foothills Art Center in Golden. Artist Marlea Taylor, of Englewood, is involved in organizing the exhixbit to be juried by Yulia Hanansen, internationally known artist and printmaker, and Foothills Curator Eriq Hochuli.
