At Z-Ultimate we believe it is important for all women to know basic self defense skills so that if ever needed, they can be confident in their abilities. Our goal for these ladies would be to create an environment that is fun, and inviting. Ultimately the hope is the ladies make connections with each other, and leave feeling empowered.

Some information about the class itself...

The class will be around 15-20 minutes, and it will consist of learning how to defend against basic wrist grabs, and attacks from the front. These techniques are very safe, and anyone can do them. We are also sensitive to any women that feel uncomfortable with any physical interaction and can give them an alternative in the class so that they feel included. Our goal in teaching this class is to equip these ladies with basic self defense skills, so that if needed they can feel more confident.
