UPDATED Jan. 19 at 9:45 a.m.:

Thanks to the omicron variant and staffing issues,. its a mixed bag of open schools and schools that had to resort to remote learning Jan. 18.

Adams City and Lester Arnold high schools did remote learning. So did Adams City and Kearney middle schools, plus Dupont, Hansen, Kemp, Monaco and Rose Hill elementaries.

Students and staff returned to in-person learning at those schools Jan. 19.

Students attended Alsup and Central elementary schools and Sanville and STARS early childhood center as usual Jan. 18.
