Cushman & Wakefield assists with sale in Meridian area

Cushman & Wakefield, a Chicago-based commercial real estate firm, has announced the sale of Meridian property Pyramid Pointe, located at 9777 Pyramid Court.

The buyer is Broomfield real estate firm Certus.

In a press release Wednesday, the firm said it represented San Francisco-based Graham Street Realty in the sale of Pyramid Pointe.

The release said the property is a  120,449-square-foot multi-tenant two-story office building.  It is located in the Meridian area of Douglas County at I-25 and Lincoln Avenue.

“Pyramid Court was originally built in the mid-1990s and partially renovated in 2016 and 2020,” the release said. “The property was 78% leased at the time of sale.”

“Cushman & Wakefield’s Aaron Johnson and Jon Hendrickson represented the seller in the transaction,” the release said.

Aaron Johnson, a managing director of Cushman & Wakefield, said Pyramid Pointe is located in a growing area  “with over 1,600 multi-family units currently under construction within a two-mile radius and thousands more anticipated to be developed in the years ahead at Lone Tree City Center, further cementing Pyramid Pointe’s location over the long-term.”

The property is also located near various retail, restaurants and other amenities.

The Cushman & Wakefield sales team also recently represented Graham Street Realty in the disposition of a 51,527-sf boutique office building in the Inverness area of Douglas County to NexGen Properties.
