The city of Fort Lupton, Jacobs and the business community are co-sponsoring the 2021 Jacobs Fore Youth Benefit Golf Tournament Friday, Aug. 20, at Coyote Creek Golf Course.

The tourney raises money for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Weld County and the Fort Lupton Recreation Center's teen program. Jacobs has operated the city's water and wastewater utility system for 22 years. The event has raised more than $76,000 for youth and recreation programs.
The tournament is a four-person scramble. The Tallent Co,'s press release said the event features new hole contests, a pre-round breakfast and lunch after the round.
"When our kids benefit, we all keep benefiting for years to come," Mayor Zo Stieber said in the statement. "Thanks to this annual tournament, our community has reaped wonderful benefits for our families. Every sponsor, business and individual participating contributes to the success. I'm grateful for everyone who has joined us in this endeavor. I invite you to be part of our fundraiser, too."
Early bird registration (it includes green fees, a cart and lunch) is $105 per player ($115 per player after July 16) and $405 per team ($430 per team after July 16. Sponsorships are available and include such benefits as tee-box advertising, team registration and hole interaction opportunities.
