A mass car crash has left northbound I-25 jammed just south of the RidgeGate Parkway interchange. Colorado State Patrol, Castle Rock, tweeted at 5:43 p.m. Nov. 21 that “multiple vehicles, multiple injuries” occurred.
Officers are currently investigating the crash.
South Metro Fire Rescue reported the northbound I-25 has been shut down north of Castle Pines. One lane southbound I-25 has been closed for emergency vehicles.There are reports of ice in the area, CSP reported. South Metro Fire Rescue tweeted it responded to the crash and that 11 people were injured.
