Officers responded when several residents of the Stroh Ranch subdivision reported hearing shots fired around 5:45 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12.
There were no reported injuries, however, two residents said there was damage to their homes.
According to a news release provided by the Parker Police Department, using data from the Flock camera system, officers quickly identified the vehicle and two suspects.
Detectives interviewed both suspects as well as witnesses and recommended the following charges to the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office for both suspects:
A Possess Weapon by Previous Offender charge was also recommended for Depperman.
