WHAT THEY DO:

Jessica Preston is an independent Realtor with Keller Williams. She helps coach and counsel anyone going through a life transition and needing to buy or sell some form of real estate. People experiencing a life transition could include a first-time homebuyer, a growing family in need of a bigger home, or a married couple needing to downsize because their children have grown up and moved out of the home, just to name a few examples. Preston also assists a lot of military families. She serves a large area — from Fort Collins south to Castle Rock and from Greeley southwest to Idaho Springs. As a Realtor, Preston is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She said she enjoys being a Keller Williams realtor because the structure and networking support the company provides enables her to best serve her clients.

HISTORY:

Jessica Preston grew up in Iowa and moved to Colorado in 2015. After working in hotel management for 10 years, she got her real state license in 2018. For the first three years of her real estate career, she was part of a team. She is now an independent Realtor.
