WHAT THEY DO:

Indulge Bistro & Wine Bar offers upscaling dining for lunch, dinner, and happy hour seven days a week across the Front Range. Originally conceived as a tapas bar at its first location, Indulge quickly added larger entrees like steak, salmon, and pasta dishes as well as burgers, specialty salads, and artisan flatbreads to its menu. The establishment also has a kid’s menu, chef specials in the evening and brunch fare on the weekends. Indulge’s wine list boasts over 60 selections — each available by the bottle or by the glass, in either 6- or 9-ounce pours. For customers wanting to compare several wines at once, there are a handful of cleverly named wine flights to choose from. The restaurant’s full bar offers beer and cocktails, as well. Indulge’s 3,800-square-foot space in Golden was designed to be comfortable, chic, and fun, says co-owner and former Golden resident Delinda Fatianow. And a patio, recently covered, allows guests to enjoy Colorado’s beautiful weather with their food and drink.

HISTORY:

Wine-loving, husband-and-wife team Delinda and Peter Fatianow opened the first Indulge in Highlands Ranch 15 years ago. The Golden location opened in 2012 and a third Indulge was added at The Streets of South- Glen in Centennial in 2018. Indulge has also been responsible for the food and libations at the clubhouse of BackCountry, a gated community in Highlands Ranch, for nearly a decade.
