Dr. Joseph Arvay is the owner and operator of Spinegeek Chiropractic. His marketing strategy has always been to focus on reminding the public about the safe, natural, and organic approach to health and maintenance that chiropractic care offers.

Recognizing that many of today’s health issues stem from lifestyle factors, Dr. Arvay offers more than just adjustment services for his patients. He emphasizes five key elements for maintaining a healthy body: mindset, the nervous system, nutrition, exercise and movement, and protection against toxins. Teaching these principles to his patients is a central part of his mission and purpose.

Spinegeek aims to challenge the notion that health is solely about treating sickness, emphasizing instead the importance of understanding how the brain communicates with the body.

A little-known fact: working with babies is common in his office. His philosophy is that health starts the minute that you are born.

HISTORY

Dr. Joseph Arvay has a rich history of serving the greater Denver area with experience as the sole chiropractor for the Colorado Rapids men’s soccer team.

When choosing his career, Dr. Arvay knew he wanted to do something to help people in the medical field. Rather than cutting people open, he wanted to do something more natural and preventative. Chiropractic care was the perfect fit and led him to launch his business in November 1992.
