About Public Notices

Public notices are an important part of our communities and an essential element of democracy. They keep citizens informed of the day-to-day activities of government actions such as tax and fee increases, land use and environmental decisions, delinquent taxpayer notices that can lead to a government seizure, foreclosures, and the expenditure of public funds. Colorado Community Media encourages citizens to read public notices regularly and to ask questions of their government as warranted.

To place a public notice in any of Colorado Community Media’s legal publications, please send forms and include your name, address, and phone number to the appropriate contact for the publication listed below.
