In a press statement, CHSAA officials said they are hoping to restart the meet mid-day Saturday, May 21, once the weather clears and once officials can make the surfaces clear of snow. CHSAA said it was open to continuing the meet into Saturday evening if necessary.

Late Friday afternoon, CHSAA released a potential time schedule for a daylong conclusion to state track for May 21.
