LAKEWOOD: Legacy's Ryan Montera took third place in the boys 3200-meter run on the second day of the state 5A boys track-and-field meet at Jeffco Stadium June 25.

He turned in a time of 9:16.42.

Results

Boys 3200-meter run: 3. Ryan Montera, Legacy, 9:16.42. 300-meter hurdles: 13. Mateo Casados, Horizon, 40.73 seconds. 4-by-400-meter relay: 15. Legacy (Zander Irish, Lucas Montera, Etan Montera, Tyson Spradling), 3:33.05.

Girls 3200-meter run: 10. Mia Mraz, Legacy, 11:21.58
