The History Colorado Center, 1200 N. Broadway in the Golden Triangle, is hosting a free concert series being called Music Where the Sidewalk Ends.

The concerts take place from 7-8 p.m. each Thursday in July on the museum’s shaded side porch along 12th Avenue.

The lineup is:

July 8 — Venus Cruz

July 15 — Los Mocochetes

July 22 — Lolita

July 29 — Avery Jacob

The concerts are free to attend and no advance registration is required. Snacks will be available for purchase and there will be a cash bar.

Music Where the Sidewalk Ends is part of History Colorado’s Building Denver, which is an initiative to “envision a healthier, more inclusive, more equitable city,” states a news release. There are exhibits that contribute to Building Denver on all four floors of the History Colorado Center.

The History Colorado Center will be open until 8 p.m. through August, and July’s concert-goers are welcome to explore the museum prior to performances. General admission tickets to the museum range in cost of up to $14, and those who purchase tickets online in advance can receive a $1 discount per ticket.
